Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Any order returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@colourplane.world. 

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The items you would like to request a return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Garment Tolerance

All garments are subject to a size tolerance of ±5%, in line with industry standards. These small variations are part of standard manufacturing processes and are not considered faults. 

If your garment falls outside of these tolerances, and has not been washed, printed, relabelled or altered in any way, we will exchange them at no cost to you.

For wholesale and trade customers: we suggest checking a small batch (eg 1-2 per size) prior to embellishment, because once garments have been printed, relabelled, washed, or altered in any way, we are unable to accept returns or offer credit for sizing or fit concerns.

Blanks by Colour Plane is not liable to contribute to any screen-printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable. 

Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occasionally occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns.

 

Re-Stocking fee

All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers our time spent counting in, checking the goods for marks, re-folding & placing each size back into the correct warehouse locations.

If the return is being made due to some failure in our service, such as faults or defects in the garments received or you receiving garments that do not match your order, the re-stocking fee will be waived and covered by us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, however if the product is defective or damaged as per our reasonable opinion you may receive a refund or credit. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is generally to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we may advise a different procedure in direct communications with you. In this case, just follow our instructions.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full amount with store credit to use on your account. All eligible store credit will show on your account page.
